Neil, and Lyn, founded Dream Engine®, a “buzzing” environment full of excitement and activity that surrounds entrepreneurs with everything needed to deliver their business dreams, from: tech to tea-shops, pizza restaurants to power generation, furniture to fuzzy logic. The goal is to help build awesome businesses.
They are passionate about business and have significant accomplishments as Founder, CEO and CTO delivering and operating award winning, $multibillion opportunities, that are: high-profile, complex, leading-edge, and scalable to multi-million users for start-up and blue-chip companies: Google, HP, Sony, Siemens, BBC, Vodafone, GOiTV, Trilogy. They have extensive end-to-end experience of delivering world-class technical solutions covering: Internet, Web, Mobile, Social and Future Media, Location Based Services, Streaming Broadcast and Interactive media, IPTV, real-time Data Processing, Big data, Stream and Data Analytics.
Over the years they have had the pleasure of Recruiting, Assembling, Training and Developing, Leading and Managing worldwide multi-disciplined teams from 10 up to 200 amazing people.
To relax Neil and Lyn surf waves, and seem to travel everywhere with their two, much loved, Labrador dogs.
Neil has a Ph. D. Computer Science, B.Eng. (Hons) Electronic Eng., and founded over 10 worldwide patents.
